Keap1 × BAP interaction response map
The BAP expression effect in wild-type tumors (X) versus Keap1-deleted tumors (Y), across 21 QC-retained primary mouse HNSCC tumors. The interaction is Y − X. At interaction FDR < 0.10 and |log₂FC| ≥ 0.585, 4,273 genes fall into six expression-response patterns. These patterns describe statistical interaction and do not establish a biological mechanism.
NRF2 leading-edge expression without BAP
Per-sample expression of the genes driving NRF2 enrichment in Keap1-deleted versus wild-type tumors without BAP exposure. This comparison contains four deleted and five wild-type tumors after QC.
NRF2 enrichment without BAP
GSEA shows positive NRF2 signature enrichment in Keap1-deleted versus wild-type tumors without BAP exposure (rotation FDR = 0.0147). This contrast-specific result does not establish an NRF2 interaction effect or a mechanism.
NRF2 signature scores without BAP
Individual NRF2 ssGSEA scores for four Keap1-deleted and five wild-type primary tumors without BAP exposure, with group means. Rotation P = 0.002; FDR = 0.044. The difference is in signature scores, not measured NRF2 protein activity.
